You do not acquire any ownership rights in the audio files by purchasing a license. All rights not expressly granted in the license agreement are reserved by the Licensor.

THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. If you did not receive a file you ordered, let us know on Discord or on the contact form in our contact page. We will make sure the file is delivered or issue a refund.
